About Troop 80
Located in Mechanicsburg PA, Troop 80 holds meetings
at the Mechanicsburg Presbyterian Church on Sundays at 4:00pm. The
troop currently has 21 scouts and 9 adult leaders who support two
patrols. This is a scout-led troop that focuses on using fun
outdoor activities to teach skills and gain leadership experience.
If you are interested in troop 80, you are welcome to attend any troop
meeting. If you have any questions, please contact the

Upcoming Activities
National Jamboree (July 30th - Aug 1st) - On
Friday July 30th,
 Troop
80 will be heading to Fort A.P. Hill Virginia to be a part of the 2010
National Boy Scout Jamboree. This will be the last time that the
Jamboree will be held at the Hill, starting in 2013 it will be held at
the new high adventure base in Beckley, WV new New River Gorge. We have
room for 15 Scouts/Adults and will be returning on Sunday August 1
around 1 pm at the Simpson library. If interested contact Mr. Markle to
get on the list.
