This page is designed to provide adult leaders with any special resources that might aid them in running the troop.

Tour Leader Resource - This document outlines the steps that tour leaders should follow to plan and run a successful trip. 

2010 Tour Leader Assignments - This document summarizes the 2010 assignments and provides suggested dates to start planning.

Tour Permit - Click the link to download a blank tour permit form.  The form will need to be completed and submitted to the council office two weeks prior to the trip.

Permission Slip - This document is a template for the troop permission slip that should be used for all troop outings.

Court of Honor PowerPoint Instructions - This document provide an outline on how to prepare the Court of Honor PowerPoint Presentation.  Because of size constraints, the actual PowerPoint file is not stored on the web site.  Please see the current or previous Senior Patrol Leader for a copy. 

Troop 80 Scout Leader Activity Matrix - This matrix contains activity descriptions for each of the troop roles.  Use this matrix as a guideline when assuming a new troop role.  Developed at the 5/20/07 leadership training session.

Troop 80 Scout Leader Responsibility Cards - This PowerPoint document outlines the responsibilities of each of the scout leaders.  If a scout leader should lose their leadership card, they can print a new one here.  Developed from the 5/20/07 leadership training meeting.   Updated in March 2009.

Troop 80 Leader Training Notes - This document developed at the 5/20/07 leadership training session, outlines strong leaders, troop leadership strengths / weaknesses and follow-up activities the troop will use to ensure that leadership roles are being performed correctly.
